making animated icons

I've been seeing alot of bugs with the icons lately some icons you won't see it'll just be a black hole just blank.. it made me think it would be cool to have animated icons...you know icons that can move around like a GIF would instea dof looking at tht same lame icon how about a icon that can anime.
