Intended Role Mid or Top tanky mage
Details First champion design. Would appreciate help with the numbers and scaling... Low range ranged mage. Gated by his long cooldowns and relatively high mana costs Empric excels at countering sustain champions. His pushing power will pressure the enemy laner to farm under tower or take boils damage. His lack of escapes and low base movement speed, however, make him very gankable.
Medium health, medium mana, medium-low armor, MR, and health regen. Medium-High mana regen. Medium attack speed.
Passive - (Infection): Enemies within (1000,1200,1400,1600) range of Empric have their health regen per second reduced by (1,2,3,4). Scales at levels 1,7,13,18
This ability, although sounding insignificant, cuts an enemy laner's sustain dramatically. An enemy mage with 1.9 health regen will now only have .9 allowing Empric to win trades more easily.
Q - (Outbreak): (50,55,60,65,70 mana) Target enemy is infected with 5 stacks of Deadly Plague. These stacks last for 8 seconds and deal (2,4,6,8,10 +.01 AP) magic damage per second per stack. All enemies within 300 range of a target with 5 stacks of Deadly Plague are given one stack of Deadly Plague per second. Enemy champions are applied stacks twice as fast when near an infected target. At 5 stacks that enemy will begin to spread the disease also. A target may not be affected by the same plague more than once. (16 sec CD)
This ability provides Empric with the ability to shove a lane and create pressure. His teamfighting potential comes down to spreading the outbreak to as many enemy champions as possible
W - (Leeches): (80 mana) A 700 range pool of leeches is spawned at target location. Enemies within the pool are slowed by 35%, applied grievous wounds, and take low percent health magic damage each second. (20 sec CD)
This ability allows Empric to set up ganks and shred high health tanks. Synergy with his ultimate, putting as many enemies on the leeches as possible.
E - (Boils): (40,45,50,55,60 mana) Target enemy is applied 4 stacks of boils for 8 seconds. Each time an allied champion auto-attacks affected target a boil stack is removed, and a medium percent missing health magic damage bleed is applied for 3 seconds. Each new application of boils resets the stacks from falling off. Each time a stack of Boils is removed from a target the affected target is slowed by 5% and Empric is sped up by 5% up to 4 stacks. (16,15,14,13,12 sec cooldown)
This spell provides Empric with his only speed boost. Usable on minions, this spell can be cast preemptively if a gank is coming. Allows a finisher to end Empric's combo and can be activated by allies.
R - (Bubonic Swarm): (100 Mana) A swarm of plagued rats emerge from the earth and swarm towards one point. A 1200 range diameter circle is marked on the ground and rats swarm from all sides towards the center. Enemies are pushed by the rats up to 300 range towards the center. The closer you are to the center when the rats touch you the more damage you take. (100-250,250-400,400-650 magic damage +.3 AP) (100,90,80 sec cooldown)
This spell allows Empric's Q and W to come into full effect in team fights. Similar to an Orianna ult it can group enemies to spread his plague.
