122 minions in?? what role, how long??
kills don't matter, cs is more important and 122 is usually pretty low. Especially if it is a 17 kill game.
Not to mention, champion causes it to vary quite a bit. That kind of score on literally any hypercarry (champs like 
,
, and 
would be a lot less impressive than the exact same score on, say, full tank 
. A lot of champs simply don't get those kinds of scores regularly, and the game works with the average.
