She has been out for years and no new skin. I saw that Crown chose her for the worlds skin but that is either here nor there.

is Elemental mage, there are so many things you could do with that. And you can't say it is because she is not popular enough because that's a load of crap, she is played a ton in high elo and pro play.
Someone did a Warring Kingdoms Tali and it looked amazing, I like the idea of having her throw jade stones.
And if Riot says. No. What are you going to do. Throw a rock?

They should make Elementalist Taliyah to folow up Luxanas skin line like they did with puslfire ez.But instead of having forms all of her 4 spells will be difrent elements like her Q will be Water her W will be Air and her E will be Fire and ofc her R can me combination of the tree (cuz she already has earth as main element) or even keep is as Earth but change the effect.This was she will become the Avatar The last Earth bender. I voted yes because Xayah and Rakan are have been out for a shorter amount of time than Taliyah and have already received their second skin.
Edit: I think Taliyah would be a good candidate for a Star Guardian Skin, Warring Kingdom, heck, Popstar might even be kind of cute.
Everyone with with no skins need more. Personally I think they should put out some lower quality skins. By that I mean more akin to the older skins. Every skin doesn't need to be a new character model and months of development. Just give us a bit of quantity.

Iv'e wanted Star Guardian Taliyah forever man... and theres literally SO MANY ideas that can work riot has NO EXCUSE and i'm so sick of being left out because using that ice skin for the past 2 years as a Taliyah main is so freaking irritating now, it feels like they thought putting her in the cinematic would set aside happiness for people like me (taliyah main) but it just made me more mad that they tried to show how badass she was WITHOUT GIVING HER A HECKING SKIN! freakin rito -.-
I’m nervous about making new Taliyah skins with all the “Riot, give us a sexy champ” stuff floating around. While other ladies wear revealing and figure-hugging outfits, Taliyah is scrawny, with big eybrows and bushy hair, and fully dressed in mostly layered clothes. I love that about her: I don’t want any fanservice.
I want her to have more really moving lines and hug another cute animal.
