She has been out for years and no new skin. I saw that Crown chose her for the worlds skin but that is either here nor there.

is Elemental mage, there are so many things you could do with that. And you can't say it is because she is not popular enough because that's a load of crap, she is played a ton in high elo and pro play.

Edit: I think Taliyah would be a good candidate for a Star Guardian Skin, Warring Kingdom, heck, Popstar might even be kind of cute.

Ifneth1 votesI’m nervous about making new Taliyah skins with all the “Riot, give us a sexy champ” stuff floating around. While other ladies wear revealing and figure-hugging outfits, Taliyah is scrawny, with big eybrows and bushy hair, and fully dressed in mostly layered clothes. I love that about her: I don’t want any fanservice.
I want her to have more really moving lines and hug another cute animal.

Rathar Dashing1 votesTo be fair, I think skin-tight clothes would be best for agile characters like the ones I mentioned. For girls like Kayle and Leona, they wear armor appropriately. As for my girls Janna and Sona... i think that's just what they like to wear.
Ifneth1 votesThat’s an old myth. Skin tight clothes are hard to move around in unless they’re really thin. As soon as they get any bulk, like a protective suit would have, they get stiff. An agile character who’s not wearing Spandex would wear slightly baggy clothes.
Sona and Janna are just blatant fanservice. Riot even gave them some clothing in their later skins. :/

Also, I think Kai'Sa's suit is less of a protective piece of armor and more of a skin she found of something. Considering it's even called her "synthetic skin" its possible that at this point it's become a part of her.

Ifneth1 votesOh, she’s not ugly, but a huge part of her design is that she’s not made to be conventionally attractive or fanservice-y. It was something of a milestone for Riot to make a champ like her.
