New Champion Idea Named CHET_THE NANO-HEXTECH

Hello, my name is Edib and ive got a character creation that i think would be an awesome concept

I've heard that one of the main things you guys look for is "iconic characters" that give you the sense of when you see this champion anywhere, you know that it is from League of Legends. This fact is the one thing that i tried to consider whenever i was making this champion. I dont have any illustrations of him (i was never good at art) nor do i have any back story (except for the Hextech). Also, this is just an idea so you can do whatever you want with them (obviously), this is just my idea of the Champion. I also tried to go to the logic side of reality because nearly every champion has a logical understanding of their abilities.

Most of the abilities would not have the amount of Damage dealt because im pretty sure the League team could figure it out better then me. Or else i would just give the champions balance issues. :)

So lets get on with the Champion!

Name: Chet Role: Tank or AD Champion Position: Top/Mid/Sup Type: Ranged

Main Idea: The main idea of this champion is that he is made out of Nano Hextech Technology. He can use it to his advantage by using his Q that is called "severed fist". Whenever he uses it he losses health BUT, when he uses his E aka "nano regain", he can bring the thing he threw back to him and regain all the health he lost from throwing the Q. Basically he uses his "NANO TECH" to kill and protect. I know it sounds so much like Iron Mans new suit but its just an idea. Also, becoming tanky would be a great option, because the amount of health (depending on AD) that is taken when Q is used. The amount heath taken can be reduced.

Passive: For Chet, life steal has no affect on him. He can only use consumables. This is because he cant steal nano tech from other champions (LOGICAL).

Q: Severed Fist. Active: Chet shoots his fist in a target direction dealing (?) Ability Damage. Passive: when Chet hits any champion (enemy or allied), the champion hit would gain a stack of Nano Hextech on them. This can be stacked up to three times. When he shoots his Q at any champion, he will loose health depending on his AD.

W: Nano Regain. Active: Chet brings all his stacks back to him. Passive: Chet Regains health (depending on how much he has lost when Q was used). If chet uses this ability on an enemy champion, the enemy champion gets damaged and also gets pulled back (just a little bit, not too much). If Chet uses this ability on an allied champion. That champion gains a shield for a brief moment. This stack would die out after either being separated by Chet or waiting for too long (also death).

E: Hextech Dash. Active only: when chet is near an enemy (like a flash away from the enemy). He can Dash straight behind him. When he dashes, he dashes the same distance he was from the champion but away from the champion (i didn't explain it well but the idea was that depending on how far he is from the enemy, he can dash two times that distance. Obviously this distance wouldn't be that long from the enemy champion). While this dash is activated, Chet is invulnerable for the time of the ability active. He can only be hit by explosives or lasers (LOGICAL STUFF).

R: Life Cloak (can be used 2 times): Active: Chet becomes a cloak and can be worn by anyone of his allies (he decides who can wear it). Chet dashes towards an allied champion and gives them the same amount of health Chet has (that might be a bit too OP so i was planing on making that half of his health). Passive: He shields the allied champion but also give them their freedom to do what ever they want (this means they can use any ability. Also, Chet is free too. He can use his Q and W but obviously not his E. He can use it again if he needs to protect another Allied Champion. His body would disappear because he turns himself into the cloak (after all, he can change his form however he wants).

I didn't really think about a story, but it has something to do with the Hextech inventions.
