about fiddlestick's basic attack.

I mean this is just my thoughts.... Current Fiddlestick's basic attack is throwing his scythe... And I think (personally) what if riot, you guys make his basic attack as close range..? I mean, I feel like throwing scythe does not have the drive (for me). He's concept is scarecrow and throwing scythe makes me laugh.... And when he hits basic attack 3 times to the same champion (after 3 hits crow appears to that champions head), next basic attack gives him magic damage... What do you guys think?
