[Cottontail Fizz] Why doesn't the in game model match the splash art?

His splash art looks adorable, but the in game facial expression coupled with the now purple eyelids make him look like a cracked out psychopath.

Riot said this before, "The in-game model is NEVER exactly the same as the splash art."

He looks fine to me and no one will care about his expressions or w/e during the match.
