Surprise Party Shaco Idea
Just a random idea. Was thinking... Huh only two surprise party skins? Amumu and Fiddle can both sneak into fights. What better champion next then Shaco, the annoying invisible fear boxing shiv throwing clone champion?

I suggest Surprise Party 
. Just imagine it, a Zac coming in from a max range E yelling "SURPRISE!" and when he ults, "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!"
Edit 1 And to stay in the "Party" Theme Zac could be a balloon figure and have a helium effect applied to his voice as he gets smaller (takes dmg) and make it deeper as he gets more health. (Saw this idea a while ago on the forms)
Surprise Party Teemo... Oh god, not Satan, but the skin makes so much sense... Mushrooms are party mushrooms, he shoots confetti or glitter in your eyes, and he uses a little noisemaker when he moves quick. And when he comes out of stealth, there also shoots out a whole bunch of confetti.
good but a better skin would be a duo release of jinx and shaco skins like hey did for tf and eve.

What about Surprise Party Rek'Sai or Twitch? Maybe Twisted Fate? Then you could do
Rek'Sai top Fiddles jungle T Fate mid Twitch and Evelynn bottom lane (not meta, but it might work out well)
And the enemy team could have surprise party amumu because he wasn't invited.

I feel like "giant impact ultimate" is a big part of the surprise, personally.
I still think we need Surprise Party Swain - but with a forever-alone vibe. 'cause trailing burst balloons behind himself during his ultimate would be heart breakingly awesome.
I think we should have a surprise party OUTSIDE the jungle XD
