Spooky Scout Teemo | Halloween 2014

Alright here it is people. I'm devising a skin idea for either this Halloween which is really short notice, or next Halloween for that little yordle obviously everyone loves.

So here is what I came to :

Take Teemo, now condense his skills and uses down.

Stealth Blind Surprise

Those were the three main words I gathered to base this idea off of. What is stealthy, blind to us, or blind in general, and can surprise people in an un-worldly environment? A ghost of course. Must I say I did get inspiration from CSGO's Halloween update last year with the ghost chickens. Quite clever. Anywho, I wanted to take this idea of a sheet over a character and instill the lively and amazing holiday that is usually celebrated locally, and of course, on League.

Anyways, here are my concepts. AllusiveHorizon, who is helping me bring this to life is currently painting a mockup of an idea so we can get some color splashed into this. So here we go, comments, criticism and more is good.

The question is, should we continue the concept art for this and attempt to get it pushed into Rito's hands?
