Nutcracko - Visual Update?

I recently bought Nutcracko on this Christmas sale, and I don't regret it. It's a pretty nice skin it just... could be better? I can't be the only Shaco player who thinks that. It's a legacy skin giving it some-sort of rarity, some sort of prestige. It just isn't up to par with legacy skins- or regular skins, for that matter. Masked Shaco, for example. It's been around for a little bit and it's a pretty nice skin, has a good model and nice particles. It's a skin that will be on the market for quite some time, and will be there all around the year. I myself would consider Masked Shaco one of the better 975 skins, but that's just an opinion. However, Nutcracko is also a 975 skin- and is more rare at the same time. Only downside about the skin is that it has literally no special effects. They're all default effects just with an editted model.

To sum it up, all I think is this skin could've been twice as good as it is. Nutcracko's W ( jack-in-a-box) and his particle when he decieves (Q) could be more detailed.

The little things matter.
