Caitlyn's skin was announced before mecha Malphite and Aatrox but the mecha skins were already released...

Am i the only one here desperately waiting for that skin to come out?

Obviously A MF had been planned for awhile so her's got done much quicker. HH Cait still has lots of work to be done to the in-game model so the splash gets delayed

People complained about the skirt. I bet the splash art had to be changed because of people bitching.

I believe the heartseeker cait will not come out until next valentines day like the ashe and vayne skins have in the past if I am correct (forgive me if I'm wrong). They are probably going to hold on to it until then.
