As you may noticed, DJ Sona, the best skin ever made will come out soon. What are your thoughts? :
When will she come out? What about the Music? Why do people hate a support getting an ultimate skin, are they jealous :D? What would you like to have added(for eg another music track title thingy, etc)
Just speaking personally for most of these, or as far as my understanding goes:
**When: **Presumably, sometime next patch, or the patch after, since it'll come out on the PBE soon (From last I checked, the files should be on the PBE, but she doesn't seem to be enabled yet on there). Either way, no telling exactly when during next patch, but it almost certainly wouldn't be right after the patch is released: The last thing Riot would want is a major bug with the store or something to happen when this skin comes out, and people lose money because of said bug, or the store crashes from the influx of purchases, or something like that.
Music: I liked all of the tracks; Ethereal may be a bit too calm for a game like League of Legends, but it's probably the closest in tone to her classic skin, so that's fine; plus you can chose which track you want to play. Just from the short teaser clips of the music, I really liked Concussive for being a very "BEAT THEIR FACES IN" music (Back when we assumed that each track corresponded to one of Sona's abilities, Concussive was a perfect candidate for her Q). Kinetic's Awesome too!
Why the Hate: I think the argument most people have is along the lines of "Sona already has a lot of skins!" "Sona's been nerfed a lot, so why buy this skin for her?" "[X] would have been a better idea for an ultimate skin!" ([X] is usually said person's favorite champion), and most commonly "This skin feels like an Arcade Sona Rehash!" Which, YMMV on if it does or not, but it doesn't really look that way to me. I don't think it really has anything to do with it being for a support in general, although I assume people would have been upset if the ultimate was for another jungler or ADC (We already have SGUdyr and PFEzreal)
**As for what I would have added: **Well I can understand why they gave her the unintelligible voiceover (It DOES fit really well with the music when played along side it), and I know that the music is the primary focus of the skin and they wouldn't want the VO to overshadow it, but at the same time I'd like to have seen what they could come up with, such as Sona speaking differently based on the music (Really aggressive during Concussive, energetic during Kinetic, and calm during Ethereal)
