Is there any reason behind having no lines for Lulu and Kennen? Like a lack of ideas for jokes or anything? Idk cuz i mean now that trist is more purple I would assume she'd like to have a word with lulu...

Tristana's lines with Teemo and Rumble aren't simply because they're yordles, but because they are connected in the lore. Tristana likely hasn't interacted with the champions outside of Bandle City (Gnar, Kennen, Lulu), and wouldn't know what to say if faced against them on the fields of justice.
