This is a much needed rework for one of the best champions BARD

During my years in league of legends I have never seen such an amazing character such as this one. I believe this has been one of the most elaborated and difficult to create champions yet. The concept and characteristic that bard has are amazing. I seriously hope RIOT considers this.

Passive - Imaginary Pikmin: Bard's presence causes sacred chimes to appear at a random location on the field, which linger for up to 10 minutes. Collecting a chime grants Bard a brief burst of movement speed out of combat for 7 seconds (stacking up to 5 times), 20 + (1 per minute after 5 minutes) experience, and restores 12% of Bard's maximum mana. Every 5 chimes Bard collects empower his Meeps. Q - GOTTA GET MY MEEPS!: Bard activates this to summon more chimes farther away from his current location. Chimes collected in the farther area grant more bonuses than the usual Chimes. W - CHIME-DIVE!: Bard summons chimes behind enemy towers and within the enemy base. Chimes collected by this ability grant more attack damage. E - SOLOING THE CHIMES!: Bard summons more chimes within the Baron and Dragon pits. However, these chimes automatically aggro Baron and Dragon on Bard. Chimes collected here don't do jack shit, you just feel good about yourself because you soloed Baron/Dragon as Bard. R - GO GO GADGET TARIC!: Bard throws a Meep, which morphs and twists (painfully) into an uncontrollable Taric bot. The Taric circles around Bard, acting as a possible yet useless human shield.
