Ideas on spending IP

flash sales on regular champion skins
OR
make champion skins (not the legendary ones or other specialty skins, but ones that have been out for a while - timing tbd) available for ip for a day or two....random skins every week. That way there is no way to know which skins will be available so no predicting, yet we, as a community, have another opportunity to get skins. [Although, now with the chest and key system, depending on how likely it is to get a skin, this may not be a viable option] -
Make ward skins and summoner icons available for ip as well, sort of like champions are right now. Also the chroma packs.

maybe make up to 3 rune pages available to buy with ip, for those early on. That way they can have a decent number of rune pages for every lane, and/or multiple situations (5 total, after that, I believe)
Those are just some thoughts. IP gets kind of useless after a while. And there are only so many rune pages a person can have...
