I call him 'Fatkid Shen' he runs out of breath after a short dash and cant even summon the energy to throw a dagger.

Needs to have lower energy costs really

I play him for fun sometimes, but I would never bring him to ranked. :/

Son,i main this guy But i agree to the fact that his Q and W needs some changes.

I mean, people do want to use him. He even has LCS play.

But honestly, it's just for his ult. His kit is really just... eh. It's not bad, but his costs and gating make him susceptible to being too slow to react to multiple situations. With his recent buffs though, I would say he's closer to being very good at what he was intended to do.

They are going to change his W AND Q But keep the taunt and the ult :). As BladeOfRuin Said, Q and W are good early mid but late game it suck and shen dosnt have the best engage so they might add Something more reliable for his tank role.

Shen is the ADTEAM counter tho <3

someone posted on Reddit (a rioter) that he is getting a new passive, Q and W. E and R will remain "mostly" the same.

I agree, he needs a kit update as well as model. I used to main Shen but he has become outdated compared to today's tanks.

I play him in ranked because he has been my main since season 2 and he can actually surprise people with his damage potential early on but..yes you guys are right..it is a lot harder for him than most of the other tanks in this meta. I'm not sure he can really be balanced without a rework because his ult makes it very hard to gauge his power. He is mostly used for utility right now but I will say this....he is VERY good against all AD teams.
