Definitely not Garen

Tutu and Tiara combo for Garen, it would be funny because he is huge, tanky, and seeing him wear a tutu dress and tiara would be hilarious. Make it part of "definitely not" series of skins. Perhaps even go as far as making his taunts like pageant poses and what not.
