it's a version of human soraka skin (divine soraka), how she looked before she got her horn, goat legs and got younger

Yeah, it's more like Divine Soraka, where she's a bit more on the Human side. I personally think the horn would look a bit off with that hat there.
The horn is general looks more demonic then a unicorn. I think because they curve it is what gives me that feel. They just need the straight horn the unicorns generally have that I have seen. It looks just evil otherwise.
