Popstar Jinx [Updated]

I had some special feedback and made changes to the concept artwork I made awhile back. I know its not a Popular Skin idea for Jinx but here is her crazy take on Popstar. ♥

Note: The Tattoo is interconnected, starting from wrist to ankle and vice versa.
