Project Zed and the idea i visualized back in 2012 Shadow Cyborg Zed

I think Project:Zed skin is really cool idea and with that being said it's awesome how an idea I had back in 2012, just kind of wish I would have submitted my idea on it, because zed is suppose to be apart of the shadows. Well more of a living shadow he's suppose to be a unique ninja in league with his shadows helping with his abilities and being, "the first ninja in 200 years to unlock the ancient forbidden ways." which made it a big deal when i saw the concept of his skin and how far it already had gotten. Now my idea came from the fact that I was playing Metal Gear Solid at the time (for most who don't know its a tactical espionage game first released on Oct. 21, 1998 in NA) and I was like man you know what would be cool if zed had a cyborg skin like NINJA one of the characters within the game[] (http://pre00.deviantart.net/99ad/th/pre/f/2010/159/3/8/mgs_ninja_red_by_ticrustace.png) Now having that considered in mind I saw it could have worked, but copyrights and all that stuff. So make zed unique you know I ran through my mind trying to grab ideas from other iconic ninjas in video games and such, but also grabbing ideas from cybernetics as in robots, mechs, androids, and with the game Warframe making a huge impact the next year 2013. I wanted Zed to be as BA and F'ing amazing as possible. So I started throwing things together like the in my head I remember something that stood out the most, was a character from the Mortal Kombat series Smoke. They had 2 variations to the character back from what I remember from the MK2 game and then the later cyborg version in MK3 which has his helmet and smoke clouds coming from his body. Now again I had other characters in mind like strider hiryu with his plasma cutter for zeds blades etc. Ok now this whole idea it had to run together because again zed and shadows so i wanted him to be more of an embodiment of the shadow within his new cybernetic suit as such with some of the shadow seeping out of his suit and face plate and but also using that of more a new technology age ninja, with holograms and the such. So when i saw the skin I was awed but also had just a bit of disappointment with them not sticking close to what Zed is an always wanting embodiment of the forbidden ways of the shadow a ninja who literally uses shadows. So I'd like to hear what you guys have to say about this and forgive my poor grammar was never any good at it. thank you.
