[Champion Concept] Turtle, protector of the river

General idea: Turtle/tortoise - protector of the river/lake lotus garden

Look: Bipedal, walks with a staff/cane(thinking the brutalizer), hunched over, long beard, almost sage like

Lore: something/someone is hurting his home(body of water) maybe another champ, invasion of Ionia by noxus promoted his joining to the league, part of the order of the lotus with karma

Gameplay: like a protector(support/tank) with ult active he becomes a skilled fighter - changed kit abilities. This follows lore allowing him to be the protector of something and only fighting as last resort. Uses mana or new energy resource. 

Abilities: his kit while non ultimate revolves around protecting and doing no harm, but as a last resort to someone harming the lotus garden he will fight them. Ultimate still received at level 6, still uses mana while in non ultimate. 

Abilities: Passive: protector form- uses mana and gains bonus armor, mr, and health. Fighter form - uses energy and gains bonus attack damage and extreme health regen(equivalent almost to garen passive out of combat but while in combat)

Protector form Q1: hits target with staff and stuns them, each basic attack reduced by w lowers cd by 1 sec - low damage, mid cost, mid range cd (leveling up increase damage, stun duration, mana cost, and decreases cd) W1: reduces damage for next 3 basic attacks by 50%- no cost, mid range cd (leveling up decrease cd)

  1. E1: summons lotus petal to heal ally/himself - mid cost, high cd, mid range heal (leveling up increases heal, mana cost and decreases cd)

Fighter form Q2: swings staff around him knocking units back and damaging them - high cd, mid cost, high damage (leveling up increases damages and decreases cd) W2: reflects the next 3 incoming basic attacks back at attacker for reduced damage - (leveling up increases damage reduced and decreased cd and energy cost) E2: slides on shell to target area, if he collides with enemy champ he knocks them up, damages them and continues on his path(leveling up increases damage and decreases cd)

R: transforms from protector mode to fighter mode (still earned at level 6) lasts 30 seconds with about a 1 min cool down once ended, can be self ended while in fighter mode to return to protector mode to reduce cd time - 1 min cd, no cost

What do you guys think? This was just a rough idea I threw around in 20 minutes and thought it was pretty simple but effective
