Kalista change concepts

So far Kalista has a lot of issues mainly around her passive. Being that both she gains a huge amount of debuffs on her autos and she doesn't have any roo meaningful mechanics involving her oath sworn. If you dont know Kalista´s autos only do 90% damage, miss when she loses vision on a target, and when shes jumping her attack speed is slowed, as she cant attack while the jump is going on.

Her oath sworn is also kinda joke I mean she gets a bit of percent health damage and that's only if your sup is throwing out autos aswell. I feel like a more impactful and thematic thing would be if Kalista gets bonus damage on the killers of her oath sworn. Like maybe the killer takes additional percent health damage from Kalista aswell as those who assisted in the allies death (maybe the assisters take less)
