Updating Ultimate Skins

I think Pulsefire Ezreal needs to be updated. After seeing the new elemental Lux it has really come to my attention how outdated Pulsefire is in comparison to the other Ultimate skin counterparts. I believe Ultimate Skins should have a set standard considering the hefty cost. What do you guys think about pulsefire?

I'm not sure if Riot has ever went back and changed old skins (I mean the effects, not splash arts), but updating old ultimate skins would be a good way to start.

This skin won't have anything done to it till he gets a full VGU as Ez' model and effects in most of his skins suck.
