NEW CHAMPION IDEEA-Joe

As a freqvent LOL player, I would like to share my ideea about a very new champ, or what could it be. His name is Joe. The champion would constate as a tank mage, with extremely powerfull armor and magis resist. Why? The whole caracter is a modern one...it's really time to change a bit, isn't it? We, the LOL community, need a modern story-champion...as Joe is! He was a homeless boy, living on the streets of a great city, where magic and power was in the hand of corrupt leaders(here it should be some references to other champ). Joe was rised to find his meal from dustbins so he literally lived in trash. One day, when he growed up, he was infuenced by his mentor whom he met searching in the dustbins, and he learned magis from him-macing him a powerful mage, who can build an army by giving life to junks, and making them defeat the corrupt leaders of the magic city! Abilities: Passive-Joe sends random trash in brushes, warding them and slowing enemy . This trash will be used by R ability Q-Dust cleaner Joe land a powerfull atack to a specified area, with magic damage, marking and poisoning the enemy champions and monsters. W-Dustbin Time Activating the ability on an ally will increase them armor and magis resist, also reduce the incoming damage by some %. E-Homeless Power Active:Joe land a powerfull atack on an enemy champion Passive:Joe and nearby allies gets improved health by 10%..(or something like that) R-Angry Trash Joe builds up a little army with the trash he threw. Every little junk it is transformed, and gains life, with magis damage, and every champion, wich was targeted and hit by Joe in the last 2 second will be stunned if hit by Trash Monsters Something like that...opinions?
