Champion idea?

So one day I was sitting around, debating if I should play league or not, than I thought, "How bout I do something different and think of some cool champion ideas." So I did just that (bare in mind, may be too unrealistic for the game)

So the first one I thought of was a deceptive adc/tank/mid/assassin called "TBD" or "The Bringer Of Dread"

Short Lore: TBD is a master criminal and gets locked up constantly for what he has done, may it be stealing or killing. His Greatest known achievement was figuring out about the alternate time lines and how to gain access to them, thus giving him more people to kill and things to steal. The first time he was locked up was a slip up. He was left captive in a specially made cage just for him, after he broke out, TBD Wanted to be locked up, he simply "Couldn't help to resist the pleasure." The league currently is figuring out if he should stay locked up (to make his "Great Escape" again) or if he should be put into a life sentence made for one as special as him.

Enemies: Caitlyn (obvious), Jhin (His killing is not artistic, just savage)

Allies (I guess that's what you call them): Gangplank (helped GP on many "jobs" involving the deaths of many), Zilean ("you're telling me you die and come back again? Thanks for the birthday gift.")

Passive: "Caged will" Each ability puts a stack of "Freedom" (As displayed by a cage with bars that disappear under who you hit) When Three stacks of the passive has been applied, basic cool downs are reduced by 1/1.5/2 seconds(levels: 1/7/14, if an ability is not on cooldown, the next time it is on cooldown, it has reduced time) AND attacks on the enemy for a set amount of time (TBD, Phreak, thank me) dealt by the user deal bonus damage based on their remaining health. TBD does not scale with cooldown reduction, it instead raises his movement speed by a percentage(15% at 45% CDR)

For focusing tough targets down and shredding tanks, what adc's usually do and what assassins dream of. Plus the cooldown reduction given from the passive is helpful and the movement speed could get him in and out. and many skins could have different passive marks too.

Q: "Lousy" Fires a Arrow that slows all enemies hit, also raises THEIR Basic Cool downs by 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds) Stacks of passive can be CONSUMED by this ability, but does not get applied if at 1 or 2 stacks. Since I am bad at figuring base damage I can only say it would probably scale off of mostly AD.

Prevents enemy escapes? Check Allows the 3rd stack to go off at a long-ish distance? Check The ability perfect to a chase if its a champion whos only escape cannot be used due to its, now lengthened, cooldown. Also the perfect lane bully utensil.

W: "Determined" Gains Movement Speed, Attack Damage, and Attack Speed Based on your missing Health (Passive) Active: Sacrifice 25% of Max Health and mana to gain 10%/12%/14%/16%/20% Targets AD, 5%/7%/9%/10%/13% movement speed. Gives passive still while in duration. This ability, when on cooldown, does not have the passive. Suggested to have a semi long cooldown for more difficulty on the champion.

What does all this mean? It means, if you are about to die OR if you are chasing to kill, this is a "Sink or Swim Ability." Its either you activate it at the right time, and get a vicious killing spree, or die to the sudden loss of health and mana. Its as hard to understand as it is to master.

E: "Passion" Puts a mark on a location, can re-activate to teleport to it and replace your location with it. The mark explodes after a certain amount of time Passive: "Feelings" Whenever a champion is killed by TBD, "Passion" can be activated for free again for a set amount of time.

Every assassin needs an escape and this guy needs something "unique to his tastes" Lore Fact! Part of this ability was created due to the help of Ekko's famous contraption that lets him go back in time, just that instead it creates a rift into an alternate time line to switch him out with the mark but, no big deal right?

Ultimate R: "Arduosity" A word made specifically for a man of his nature Passive: "Vengeance" Since everyone just LOVES to die: the champion who made the killing blow on TBD (Even if prevented by the ultimate) will lose vision for 5 seconds (imagine a nocturne ult on one guy) Even better passive: When TBD should be killed, TBD drops down to one health instead and becomes invisible while gaining brief movement speed. A fake message appears looking just like the regular one, except TBD grins before the message disappears from the screen. Killing a champion reduces this cooldown by 1/5 cooldown, killing the champion who "killed" you instead reduces the cooldown by 1/2.

Killing this champion is certainly as hard as the name suggests. The ult doesn't really deal damage and is useful in not only a chase, but a team fight as well. I hope you memorize his cooldowns or you will be the next on his list.

Some Quotes he can have: "I've seen many ways you can die, I can do better" "Get ready, for your depression" "Freedom is too rich for my blood."

Good Synergy: Bard Bard was made for supporting, and his E and ulti can help TBD reach his target with ease

Basically CC is good
