Overview: Riusengan is a melee AD Tank Shield who uses shields and the power of purgatory in his sword to burn sins,relying on stuns & passive's he can slowly make all his opponent wish they never stood against him while suffering in despair.

Lore: Deep inside the Mount Targon the master of sword and shield lies inside it the purgatory of all who fail to honor the sun.As Leona's brother i felt she was seeking the path of suffering not the path of the punisher as a warrior she should be.

Abilities:

Passive: Fire of Purgatory On being hit by standard attacks, returns 20% of damage taken (+0.30 of your bonus attack damage) as attack damage.

Q Shields Of Purgatory : Riusengan raises his shield to stun the target,dealing bonus attack damage and stunning the target. The next basic attack deals an additional 40/70/100/130/160 (+20% Attack Damage) attack damage and stuns an enemy for 1.25 seconds.

W Burning Corpse : Active : Riusengan gets surrounded by fire dealing 10 + level attack damage per second to nearby enemies. Range: 400. Deals 100% damage to minions and monsters. Passive: Gains 20/30/40/50/60 (+20% of bonus Armor) bonus Armor and 20/30/40/50/60 (+20% of bonus Magic Resistance) Magic Resist per level.

E Blade Of Underworld :Riusengan projects a ghostly image of his burning sword, dealing attack damage to all enemies in a line. When the image fades,all the enemies champions will struck briefly immobilized. Strikes all enemies in a line dealing 60/100/140/180/220 (+40% Attack Power) attack damage.

R Gate Of Death : Riusengan opens down the earth while spirit hands come up stunning enemies in the center slowing enemies around it while dealing attack damage to enemies in an area. Opens down a tomb gate to hell of undead spirits hands coming up dealing 150/250/350 (+80% Attack Power) attack damage and slowing enemies by 80% for 1.5 seconds. Enemies in the center of the tomb/gate are stunned instead of slowed.
