Rune Page Editing
Can we get the option to move rune pages around, like swapping the order for organization purposes. Also can we delete rune pages in the same way as mastery pages?

Moving rune pages around sounds like a good idea. You already can delete a rune page. Clear it. Why would you ever want to waste 6300 ip though if you're going to permanently delete it?
