BUT this would be a exelent concept Her combat is Unique Her weppons can diverce from range to close range as her weppons would be 2 whip chains with Magical dimonds attached to the end her skills could include the elemental infusion of the dimonds as well as her ultimate could be a devistating attack ive alsow made her a small back story. Valentine was the daughter of a wealthy family how ever they wer expelld from demacia due to some iligal reaserch her parents made doing so pushed her to noxus empire where she met darius and swain they saw potential in her abilitys to execute her oponents with agility and swiftness she was a Unique child to them her combination of strong whiping attacks and devestatign elemental power made her a formidable opponent. After a while she wanted more streangth to exact revange on demacia for what they had done so she joind the league when she found out her rivals Garen and lux wer there. -this is a good concept cus its made of pure hate i might change minor details but all in good time
