I find the idea of a Pin Up Jinx 
to be something plausible. You could so something WW2-ish like this.
You could even do a Rockabilly variation with the bandana like this one.
She already has the tattoos and the attitude.
p.s. Sorry for all the links. I have no drawing talents and these were the best examples I could find.
I voted yes- she has that suicide girl appeal to her.
jinx is very suitable for this topic. （60's to 90's） But I think before that, it should be a futuristic skin.

Jinx needs to have at least one skin that makes her... more appealing.
if any champion needs a skin its Jinx. I know she is still one of the most recent additions to the game but she only has one skin... She is played a ton and should get one soon.
i like the idea, but if anything it would go to her sister because she already has a skins from that time
Other: I like the idea of Pin-Up skins, but Jinx isn't really the character for such a thing. Her important character traits are psychosis and excitedness, while her physical traits aren't quite fitting. At the expense of sounding harsh, she has the body of a 12 year old boy. I feel Caitlyn might be a better fit for a flat out WW2 pin up skin, but......... ** I would love to see a WAC skin for Jinx in opposition to a WW2 pin up Cait.** Khaki Slacks and collared shirt and tie with that khaki sailor cap thingie and Old school WW2 Bazooka and minigun. Hell yeah.

I love Jinx, but I don't think shes a solid fit for WW2 pin up, and her classic skin is already like a suicide girl pin up. (In look, the splash art doesn't have that tone.)
