New Gentleman Skin

I would like to start off with I cannot draw.... So my idea for a new gentleman skin is to use the champion Thresh. He would wear a white suit and have a smoky cloud around him, that of a cigar smoke color. His face would be covered with a mask one of that of a masquerade ball. Instead of a hook he would swing a pocket watch, and instead of a lantern he would carry a chandelier. When he uses his ULT it would take the form of a ballroom.
