New champ idea, why not?
Ok. So I was thinking of a champ that can be either AD or AP, and in a more focused way than some other champs. I present to you...idk...Tim!
Tim Unique Item: Tim's Path. Tim's Path starts off as a 200 health and 200 mana blank slate, but can go one of two ways. It can go AD (Tim's Might), adding 60 AD and 20 Armor Penetration. Or AP (Tim's Mind), adding 60 AP and 13% Spell Vamp. Obviously these numbers are just random numbers. At levels 6, 11, and 16, Tim can allocate one Mastery point to any of his skills.
Instead of a standard kit, he would have 4 stances, like Udyr.
Passive: When Tim changes weapons, a global 3 second cooldown is triggered amongst all his abilities.
Q: Tim's Axe. Tim's basic attacks gain 15 range and X (25% AP) damage. Adds bleed stacks on basic attacks, lasting 2 seconds. 7 second duration. If Mastered, bleed stacks last 5 seconds instead. (7 second cooldown) W: Tim's Bat. Tim's basic attacks gain 30 range and X (25% AP) damage. Every 4th attack stuns opponents for .6 seconds. 7 Second duration. If Mastered, the stun lasts 1 second instead. (7 second cooldown) E: Tim's Bow. Tim becomes ranged, gaining 100 range and X (20% AP) damage. Attacks add 10% slow for 3 seconds. 7 second duration. If mastered, each attack shoots a volley of three instead of one. (7 second cooldown) R: Tim's Knuckledusters. Tim gains 50% attack speed and X(15% AP) damage. Each attack adds 5 movement speed, lasting 3 seconds. 7 Second duration. If Mastered, each basic attack deals Y True Damage over 3 seconds. (7 second cooldown)
Tim would have a decent AD stat, so you could potentially go full AD, full AP, or hybrid without being too underwhelming. Maybe stat similar to an ADC, so he wouldn't be broken. Each weapon would have 5 points to allocate, like Udyr, so you can't go full DMC weapon style. But it would allow you to become very versatile, basically making sure you can fit the role your team needs. Plus this gives the option of an AP bruiser that doesn't rely on knockups or tanking skills.
