Bard (Dear Brad) Skin Idea; Halloween/Clown

Hi!:) Apoligies in adven for my bad english, it is not my mother tongue!^^ I got an idea that I hope will interest. It would be a Creepy Clown (I didn't decided the name yet) skin for none other than my sweet balloon Brad Design: The idea is, he would have the same corporal apparence of Behemoth from the movie Nightmare Before Christmas, but will have clown polka dots on his overalls and one of his sling off. His mask would be a mask Joker-Look alike with his red faded mouth and will have red-haired wig with some part of it riped off. And his sort of horn, it would be those a birthday horn (those one that throws confetti and sparkles) All colored up with stripes. Maybe he could have a little more deep modification on the voice and original Bard sounds he does! :) His Recall: Bard would do a flip on his back and a bush would appear in front of him where he would hide, his meeps (Wich I forgot to mention, would all be disguised) would walk in front of the bush with their bags of candies, Bard would pop a balloon to scare them and laugh as the meeps would panick. Passive: The chimes all over the map could be bags of candy, and his meeps disguised with mask like for exemple one with a wolf mask, one with a witch one etc. For the Abilities: His Q Cosmic binding: He would blow in his horn and a colorful blast of could get shot

His W Caretaker Shrine: Bard could place a creepy face on the ground that smiles with the mouth open (sharp teeth included) more and more until the ''spiritual eneeergy'' is ready, wich will quickly close on his teeth when ready kiiiind of like this > :l :) :D insert the sound when it's ready, could be a guillotine sound >:)

His E Magical Journey: The portal entrance could be all black and red, and at the exit colorful with birthday ballon, inside of it becomes could become an eye ball.

His R Tempered Fate: the symbol on the ground wich shows where the ult it could be a creepy smile in red, and the little ball he throws, just a simple black orb.

Overall, personally I think it could be a nice idea! As a Brad main, I think it shows off his mysterious and goofy personnality! :) Thank you for looking:D
