Champion Icons/Wards based around Skins owned?

I'm rather curious about this idea as I've been tossing it around, especially with Demon Vi coming out. I adore my skins, I have a ton to be sure. Sona is the first and only champion I own every skin of, and Vi may end up my second. Now, let me emphasize that I'm not asking for anything amazing or awe inspiring. My thoughts are rather simple, as this could just be a way to show your favorite champions (where as my normal Icon is Santa Baron or DJ Sona).

Is there any possibility of Icons (Mini splash arts) being included with skins/unlocked when you buy the skin? It seems like a good way to make Icons more versatile and let you show off your favorite skin even if you're not playing that champion at the moment. Maybe with the base-art unlocked when you have every skin out for a champion? (I would suggest every non-legacy skin, because some are unobtainable for many like Victorious Janna or King Rammus).

Though I Admit, I rather like the idea of getting a free ward skin based around your champion if you have all the skins unlocked. I know you have already released a dozen champion wards (like Dravennnnn) and getting them as a free bonus seems like a nice 'perk' to unlocking every skin on a champion .

Anyway, just an idea I wanted to pitch and maybe get a bit of feedback on, thanks for your time.
