Well, I'm 21 RP short of gifting my friend a mystery gift and I was wondering if there was any way i could get the RP without spending another 5$, my friend actually got the RP from Riot because he asked, they made him draw a picture of his favorite champion and they sent him the missing RP, i was wondering if you could do the same for me.

Ya, they do it one time only for small amounts. Submit your art in a Support Ticket. Make sure the item you want to get isn't on sale now and going to be off before you get the RP, or is going on sale soon (so that you don't need it).

you could also do tournaments using team speak, i suggest using HKG tournaments those are the ones i play in. They have 3 different tournaments a day, u can find out more if you go to community events.
