URF (Ultra RANDOM Fire)
So guys, I was thinking about the upcoming april fools alternate gameplay thingy called URF (Ultra Rapid Fire). For those of you who don't know, it makes it so all cooldowns are massively reduced; not zero, but usually just a few seconds. It happens around April Fools Day, and if you haven't done it already, make sure you do it this April; It is a lot of fun.
So, I was thinking about how they have already done URF before and what other stuff they could do. I then thought of ULtra RANDOM Fire, where whenever you use an ability, it changes to a random new ability. For example, I might be playing Ezreal (
) and I use his Q, the Q goes as normal, but the cooldown of Q is now the cooldown of the spell it changes to, say, rammus's powerball's (
) cooldown. Then when the ability is off cooldown (though I guess its more like charge up time...) you can use the new ability, powerball, as normal. Except for the small detail that EZREAL would be rolling along the ground and striking terror into the hearts of everyone. =).
But FireWolf250, you might say, what about abilities like vorpal spikes that are passive?
I don't have a great answer to that, but what I thought of was whenever you randomly got one, it would last for like 30 seconds or a minute or whatever.
But FireWolf250, you might also say, what about champions regular passive?

I really don't know. I guess they could change every 30 sec or minute or maybe not change at all.
