Champion name: Experiment 08

Its kit is centered around its E, **Disassemble/reassemble ** Experiment 08 detaches one of its arms which can then be controlled separately from its main body, they are controlled similarly to leblanc or shacco clone. he can do this twice. CD long and similar range as wards distance. when he reactivates they reattach to it

His health pool is divided into thirds, each arm and his body having its own health bar, if assembled an arm cant be killed but will be lower hp if disassembled Its Q is: Particle ray

Experiment 08 zaps enemy with the lasers connected on his arms, when assembled Experiment 08 shoots 3 beams and it has a wider range and more damage, when disassembled the arms shoot a singular ray, but if only one arm is disassembled, the main body will shoot two, the beams are all very close together and not very thick.

Its W, is confuse ray

sends out 4 quick waves that look like sonar waves, starts small and grows bigger, can hit 3 enemies, the first enemy hit is "confused" / stunned longer if it hits one more enemy, and the longest if it hits 2. similar to neeko E, except it can only hit 3 things, similar to lux q.

For disassembled arms and his body if both arms are off, its W becomes a dash Accelerate

A short range dash that grants a disassembled arm or Experiment 08's Particle Ray a slow on its next usage

Experiment 08's R is Unite

since Experiment 08 can control its arms and send them anywhere on the map, this ultimate can be treated as a nearly global ability, Experiment 08 activates Unite, and can then transfer all parts of its body to the same spot creating an aura around Experiment 08 that does AoE damage in a circle around him. he is instantly reassembled, it can use this ability when fully assembled, and instantly Disassemble without his E going on cooldown.

Experiment 08 can use this ability only within a triangle his main unit and his 2 arms or within a line of his main body and arm, or if fully assembled, in place

Passive: Advanced technology

Experiment 08's auto attacks are a concentrated laser that slowly gets more powerful the longer It auto attacks the same target, the laser starts off thin and blue then grows wide and red, and similar to rumble abilities, overheats and cant be used, unless experiment 08 uses Its E disassemble

I dont know too much about lore, so ill just say a few quick things that i personally would think is cool. I'd like for him to be a scince experiment made for evil by Viktor and be defeated by a hero in zaun, in my mind i have poppy passing by through the city and her defeating him, and bringing his body to another scientist and fixed up by maybe heimer(?) where he suddenly becomes sentient, however not knowledgable about the world with his memory wiped clean. I think that would make for an intersting basis of his lore, the other champion i could think of stopping his terror is ekko, since he resides is zaun, but i think poppy would be funny since after he is reprogrammed he could follow her around and try to learn from her.
