Storm Warden(Champion Kit Concept)
This is just a quick n dirty concept for a champion kit with the idea of an AD champion who's primary damage source outside of auto attacks is magical damage. I imagine him/her as a slim spear wielder. Health Points:Average Health Per Level: Low HP5:Low HP5 Per Level: Very Low Resource:Lightning Charges, 100 max Armor: Average Armor Per Level: Average Magic Resistance:Low Magic Resistance Per Level: Average Attack Damage:Very Low Attack Damage Per Level: Above Average Attack Speed: Below Average Attack Speed Per Level:Very High Range:200
Passive:Overcharge(Self-buff, 5 second CD) Attacks and spells charge the Storm Warden(10 per auto, 20 per spell). At 100 charges Storm Warden gains 10/20/30% DAMAGE REFLECTION(Levels, 1/7/13)and half as much damage reduction and changes auto attack damage type from physical to magical for 3 seconds. True damage can not be reflected or mitigated by this effect.
Q:Overload(Self-buff, 10/9/8/7/6 second CD) The Storm Warden overloads his spear, increasing attack speed by 15/30/45/60/75% and causing basic attacks to deal 10/20/30/40/50+(20% Total AD) bonus magic damage on hit for 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 seconds. If cast while Overcharged, the attack speed bonus is lost but the bonus magic damage increases to 20/40/60/80/100+(50% Total AD).
W:Thunderwave(90 degree cone, 400 range, 12/11/10/9/8 second CD) The Storm Warden impales the ground dealing 60/120/180/240/300+(50% Bonus AD) magic damage in a cone in front of him. If an enemy is hit by Thunderwave and is no farther then 200 range, they are pushed back to the outer rim of the cone(400), enemies pushed into terrain take +50% damage and an additional 1 second stun. Enemies further then 200 range when cast will instead be slowed by 10/20/30/40/50% for 1.5 seconds.
E:Blinkstorm(Flash range, 250 radius, 17/15/13/11/9 second CD) The Storm Warden becomes lightning and blinks forward generating an electrical storm at his origin and final location. Electrical storms do 20/40/60/80/100+(66% bonus AD)magic damage initially then linger on for 3 seconds, dealing an additional 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2% max health as true damage per second.
R:Lightning Bolt(700 range, 1 Teemo thick, line, single target skillshot, 1/2/3 charges, 30/20/10 second CD per charge) The Storm Warden stabs forward instantly, unleashing a lightning bolt in the targeted direction which stops on the first champion hit or chains between minions/monsters. The bolt does 50/100/150+(100% Total AD)magic damage, and applies on hit effects. Can not critically strike.
Anyway, that's my idea for an interesting kit, as of right now its probly overloaded and a tad strong but lemme know what you think, vote on the poll, comment, etc.
