New champion?

I was watching Jhin plays and zed plays on youtube. I love ranged carries and quick mobile assassins yet, none of them really feel like they are mine. Closest Ive got is varus, jhin and zed. So I came up with an idea! A ranged carry that functions as an assassin as well. Champion name: Magatsu (Japanese for disaster, evil or catastrophe.) Lets start with his passive. (Hide and Seek) Entering brush reveals all units within a 550 radius removing fog of war and first basic attack Crits for 120% AD against champions. when spotted an icon will appear above their head similar to wards with duskblade. And he has a 3 Round Magazine for his rifle that functions similar to Jhins passive except speed will increase reload slightly. Q: Reactive reload: While in combat with an enemy this cool down refreshes per auto you take 20/17/15/13/9 at max level. What this does is allows you to instantly reload your mag while in combat with champions or jungle monsters not against minions. W: Shadows are security: on use leaves a shadow of yourself behind like zeds W however it does 10% damage from your basic attack. prioritizing enemy champions and allows you to walk a certain distance without being seen and first basic attack coming out of stealth does a critical hit. Activate again to return to your shadow. 18/16/14/12/9 scaling. E. Set the trap: This ability sends out a shadow to a predetermined location that is unaffected by terrain to scout if an enemy is spotted it marks them with true sight for 5 seconds and all damage they receive is upped by 10% for those 5 seconds. It prioritizes lowest hp champion if multiples are close by but gives true sight of all seen by the shadow. If the seen target is killed within those 5 seconds you can activate the ability to swap to your shadows position. 10/8/7/6/4 scaling. And the R: From the grassy knoll. Your 3 auto attacks are empowered for 175% bonus damage, Slow champions based on critical chance and enemy killed (up to 3) leave behind a shadow ward for 7 seconds. This is a global ult but functions much like jhins. So if you want to snipe from base fountain....you will have to be very good at leading your target. or hope you get lucky.

Thoughts on this? I would love a mix of a zed marksmen and honestly this would be the coolest champion for me to play.
