So whilst looking at the new arrelion sol design i remembered that originally they had planed to make a long Chinese style dragon with a tapering body but they found it was easy to target and hard to deal with.

But what if we considered him for a top or support role and give him a salamander passive.

okay so there is a main body and a huge tapering tail at least 8 temmos long and its segmented Each segment works of the champions hp and for the furthest part of him it will fall off if he is below 90% health and each segment as a higher survive too limit up to 30%

This allows the new dragon champ to maneuver to protect a team or cut off enemy's retreat. But is fairly standard to counter play in that damage will give you an opening.

item 3134 Q - Cut loose Now his Q has a passive in which he can recover 1 segment every 5 seconds if his hp is above the segment cap. his Q active is abandon in which he cuts the last segment of his tail losing all hp that it survives too on a 0.5 second cool down

<This makes CC a lot less Inturuptive on his lower tails but makes higher up skill shot stuns & slows more worthwhile and rewarding>

item 2054 W - Devour His W is consume its on a 15 second cool down against champions and a 2 seccond cool-down on minions Dragon consumes his target gaining 20% of there current health this is twice as effective on minions

<This makes the Tank target other tanks for sustain BUT doesn't cause Destruction of other tanks because the massive cool down. the short minion cool down makes this champ a viable top lane tank >

item 1031 E - Enchanted Scales

his E is a toggle any points placed into ether Magic Defense or Armour is converted into Scale Resist Scale Resist only accounts for magic defense OR amour at any one time Toggle changes its current defense to magic or Amour on a 30 second cool down doing so changes his color scheme <Blue = mag resistant> <Brown = Armour> passive E - grants 5% of scale resist as shield <Gives him sustainability and causes a team to utilize options in both items and team play >

item 3133 R - Slam His R causes him to rotate causing his tail to smack all in font of him <this doesn't pass threw geometry> and any thing (even allies) hit by the tail get knocked back and if they collide with geometry take a 1.2 second stun The range of this attack is obviously increased for each segment you have left if you have no segments of tail left the attack fails 60 second cool down

<gives him the much needed CC and makes for an interesting play choice that can make or break an engagement >
