Crimson Elite (?)

WARNING- this thread is a little more focused on people with some awareness to the lore. if u don't know it, then make sure thst the character works.

so the 2 teams, Noxus and Demancia, have a group of people who fight for them. for Demancia, there is the Commandos and for Noxus, the Crimson Elite. there r presently only 2 Crimson Elite skins, and possibly an additional one to Katarania. I want to know who else would look great with a skin and what they would look like. I mention the lore part because they must be a member of the Noxian Army or atleast a citizen in the town.
