The current problem with older skins

So it's been bothering me for a bit on how certain older skins are really lacking on the attractive factors due to them staying behind in the "old LoL" era.

I.E.: Janna. We've gotten some really good Janna skins lately, such as Bewitching, Sacred Sword, and Star Guardian, which all changes her hair, her hair physics are wonderful, new effects and all that great high quality stuff, but then you get to her default and practically half of her skins... She loses that current style flair where she looks like she needs a rework to keep up with modern looks, but that's really not the case. She needs model updates, and some love and care and she'd look just fine in the current form of League of Legends. I.E Tempest (Which nobody even knows exists) Frost Queen and Hextech (Which need I remind you has an extremely fine established skin line and quality) All have some emphasis Lacking from a modern skin Quality, and, If we're being frank all those skins including her Legendary skin, Forecast Janna (Made in 2013), aren't up to date.

Another case would be like Soraka. Soraka has magnificent skins like Star Guardian, Winter Wonder, Program, all that and more, and then we have Dryad, which is in essence a chroma, rather than a build on the other skins in the Albion line, which is full of reworked champion skins, being Kayle, Morgana and Ezreal (Yeah I know it's also part of Elderwood).

Another great case being White Mage Veigar and Blue Sorceress Lux. You know. The Midievil skin line? No? You don't know that skin line? Oh, alright.

This is different from the Animations are too old to make new skins look great issue, such as Udyr or Nocturne, and rather a Let's bring some love to older skins on champions that don't need a full fledged rework, and move forward.

My base point being is that there are some really potentially beautiful skins out there that have a lot left to be desired or could have some minimal work done to bring them forward, and I would love to see them not be left behind as League continues to expand. Would it be difficult to keep a schedule going for skins and pop in a skin model/ effects update on a few skins to keep things fresh and renewed?
