Meno, Herder of Death

When a soul is prepared to move onto the next life it peacefully transcends into the unknown. However, souls can become lost and wander into the dark realms. Many fear death, but for me I feared the journey of death even more. As I floated through the abyss searching for my destination I began to feel uneasy. You see, death isn't something I am are used to. No one ever taught me what to do when I die, but here I am, dead. It felt like I had been roaming through the dark for years. Until I saw it. The black flames that was darker than the darkness but was still brightly light. I was attracted to it instinctively. I could feel its warmth, it was hot but gave me chills. Soon I was engulfed in it's glow. If only I knew the horrors i was facing. The light was a beacon of misery waiting to claim its next victim, me. The flames surrounded my soul. I never felt so tired before. Then I with a click, I was gone. If you hear word of this tale then I was lucky enough to use the last of my will to reach someone, anyone. Meno is a being that has existed since life began to end. In the darkest corners of the world he laid, waiting for his prey. The poor souls that have wandered into his dominion are forever taken, to be abused and misused. The light he draws is inciting, it's impossible to look away. the souls he takes become the flame itself, and the more he takes the stronger he becomes. Even when you attempt to flee and hide, the flame shall find its way into your mind and consume you. Meno came to the league for one purpose, to fuel the flames with the strongest souls in the Runeterra, and soon the flame shall overcome all all light, and shadow over all darkness. Meno is guiding souls to the flame, he believes that in the end the flame shall become everything, and that he is just simply aiding the inevitable.

Passive - Mark of Death * -When Meno hits an enemy with an abilitiy, he applies a debuff on the unit, revealing them for the duration The flame enters the enemies' souls causing Meno to lose his flame making him unable to cast another ability unless the debuff ends

Duration of debuff : 10 seconds

**Scorch ** Meno sends out his flame in a line infront of him, damaging eneimies and debuffing them with Mark of Death Can be casted while moving

Deals : 70/95/120/145/170 (+40% Ability Power) Cooldown : 10s/9s/8s/7s/6s Range : 900 Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 Mana

Engulf Meno throws his flame into the sky, the flame lands at the target area dealing damage and debuffing enemies with mark of Death Can be casted while moving

Deals : 60/85/105/130/155 (+35% Ability Power) Cooldown : 7s/6s/5s/4s/3s Range : 1100 Cost: 35/50/65/80/95 Area of effect : 300

**Incinerate ** Meno snaps his fingers commanding the flame back to him, the flame rips out of the enemies' souls dealing damage and consumes the debuff Can only be casted if an enemy is debuffed Can be casted while moving

Deals : 65/75/85/95/105 (+50% Ability Power) Cooldown : 0.5s Range : No range Cost : No costs

Branded Meno sends his flame into an enemy champion, dealing damage to them every second. When Meno uses incinerate the ability will damage nearby enemies and deals more damage based on the health of the enemy champion

Deals : 25/55/ (+25% Ability Power) per second Duration : 10 seconds Range : 1500 Costs : 130 Damage when snapped : 40% of damage taken Area of effect when snapped : 400

About the champion

• Meno can kite very well since most of his abilities don't require him to stand still and cast
• Casting a spell and quickly snapping then casting another spell is fun and rewarding, the faster your reaction time the more dps you can do
• Sometimes you would want to leave the debuff on enemies to gain vision of them
• Leaving on Meno's ult is good for damage but you can not cost any other spells of his while the debuff is active, sometimes its better to snap early
