Agnes (Champion I made!)

I really love reading people's champion ideas oh my GOODNESS, so I made one too a while back and I hope people like her, I've put a lot of work into her but I think I need some advice and a few more move ideas

As the title says, her name is Agnes and she's a utility caster support. Her entire idea is basically a female "Sandman" kind of figure, as she deals with sleep and dreams as her main theme. She's kind of a dork, with a slightly nasal voice, and she floats on a cloud like a dreamy figure would. I have an OLD image of her here

As for her moves, I have a few ideas, but I'm not completely sure about them. I know one of her moves is sort of a 'power nap' for her marksman, she has them fall asleep and they are immobilized for the duration, however they get a slight boost in health and mana regen during this time. And her ult, I like to call it "Aurora's Kingdom", as she has a brief AOE stun that effects both teams. Very brief, of course, can't have something like that lasting too long. Just long enough so players can gather their bearings on a situation. Basically this stun symbolizes anyone in the radius falling asleep, just like in Sleeping Beauty, how the entire kingdom falls asleep.

I dunno, I just really like sleep and dream figures and I hope someone more oriented towards that (more than Akali and Kindred, I mean. Someone who is DEDICATED FULLY to a theme like that.) will be made one of these days!

Goodness, I've been wanting to share my idea about her for forever, so I hope people kinda like her idea and/or have any kind of constructive criticism to give me so I can make her even better ;v;
