Loose Champion Concept, the Yordle that Cosplays

Rito needs to make a champ, that's a yordle, that satires/mimics every other champ in the game with his skins. He needs a universal kit that resembles the general make up of every champion's kit. He needs a CC, an escape tool, a 2nd form, and a global ulti.
