New Item?
What do you guys think about a new item where you gain a low amount tenacity but for each subsequent CC taken you gain more tenacity stacking up to a limit number?

Shadowphoenix1 votesI've already created an idea for an adaptive tenacity that you can add to an item like how the old boot enchantments worked. It would start at 0 tenacity to start and add tenacity as you get cc'ed, like what you are suggesting here.
