Probably a copyright issue.
I'm sure there are loopholes. I mean, Augemented Singed is basically Bane, for instance. Maybe just "Marshmellow" Zac or "Sugary" Zac will work. Either way, this is an awesome idea. The little cell droplets could even be marshmellows!
