Skin Wish List

Alright guys hear me out. A ton of my friends and I all play league together and so for birthdays and such we usually just get each other skins for our favorite champions. Well when all your friends have different skins they want but they already have certain ones but they like this one champ but but but... it gets confusing.

I would like to propose a wishlist function. You can add champs and skins to your wishlist. Your wishlist would be public to view. It would show other players what you're hoping to get or what you want. It would also be really cool if this function doubled the chance of getting a skin/champion off your wishlist from a mystery chest.

I think it encourages giving gifts and shows all the cool loot you will soon own. It keeps you organized but also keeps your spirits up. Thoughts?
