Where is the harrowing skins?

I bet everyone was exited to buy some halloween skins and play on that day, but no. Riot NEEDED to have the Worlds skins and not halloween when it is halloween. Can someone please tell me if the halloween skins are coming or not? I'm seriusly going to quit League because I've waited for 2 weeks and saved RP. Riot, you skrewed it again, how many times do you guys need to skrew things up?

I have no idea, last week i put 35$ worth of rp to save for the harrowing skins, and each day since i have been logging on anxiously, hoping the Halloween skins have released, and each day i have been dissapointed.

Sorry Guys, but i have disappointing news. As you i would love to purchase Ravenborn LB and Underworld TF. So i searched the boards and this is what i found.

I'm pretty sure that we are getting the older Harrowing skins rereleased for a short period of time and that Riot only separated the Harrowing lore events from Halloween holiday event (With the skins) (which, this year, happened to be on the same time 'by coincidence').
