Wall of text incoming! I'm very open to feedback and would love to prompt an active discussion.

P: Wax and Wane

Wax: Diana's auto attacks and moves afflicts her enemies with moonlight lasting 3 seconds

Wane: Diana's auto attacks and moves can activate the moonlight mark on enemies dealing 7/9/11/13/15/17/…41 (25% ap) damage

When Wrath of the Moon is active all mark damage is doubled

Q: Crescent Strike 8/7.5/7/6.5/6 Cost:55

Diana swings her blade unleashing a bolt of lunar energy dealing 60/95/130/165/200 (+50% ap) magic damage in an arc before exploding. Hitting marked enemies reduces all non ultimate cool downs by 2 seconds

When Wrath of the Moon is active two arcs are unleashed from either side of Diana, enemies in the explosion are slowed by 20%

W: Moon Fall 26/24/2220/18 Cost:50/65/80/95/110

Diana reveals and draws enemies up to 150 units towards her location slowing them by 35/40/45/50/55% for 2 seconds, enemies marked by moonlight are instead stunned for .75 seconds and dealt 40/50/70/90/110 (+60% AP) Diana is shielded for the amount of damage dealt

When Wrath of the Moon is active Moon Falls range is increased by 250 units, and enemies afflicted with Moonlight are stunned for 1.25 seconds

E: Lunar Rush 30/25/20/15/10 Cost:50/55/60/65/70

Diana dashes to an enemy dealing 25/45/65/85/115 damage, dashing to an enemy afflicted with moonlight halves the cool down of Lunar Rush

When Wrath of the Moon is active the cool down on Lunar Rush is fully reset when dashing to an enemy afflicted with Moonlight

R: Lunar Eclipse / Wrath of the Moon 120/100/80 Cost: 100

Lunar Eclipse: Diana calls down a second blade from the moon dealing 150/250/350 (+75% AP) magic damage upon impact and fearing all enemies within it's radius directly away from the blade. The blade lasts for 5 second if not picked up by Diana, within this time she can pick up the blade transforming into the Wrath of the Moon

Wrath of the Moon: For 10/15/30 seconds Diana channels her divine powers increasing her attack speed by 25/50/100% and empowering her other abilities. Upon retrieving the blade all non ultimate abilities are brought off cool down

I think this rework keeps Diana's identity as a dive in do work type of character while giving her windows of the ap bruiser that Riot wants her to be. Her passive would require you to weave in auto attacks without having to rely solely on attack speed to be effective, and allowing multiple enemies to be marked with Moonlight opens up a whole lot of cool combos and decisions that will need to be made mid fight.

Her E gives her some actual CC, and in conjunction with the cool down mechanic of her Q isn't a useless move

Her R is a high risk high reward move. You could drop it in the back line and fear enemies towards you with the chance that you may not make it to grab it, or drop it on the way to the fight and pick it up coming into the fight as the Wrath of the Moon.

I'm very welcome to feedback, I LOVE Diana and her play style and don't want to lose it!

I hope RiotZhanos sees this!

For the passive, the Wane part, the damage that will be dealt will be true damage or magic damage?

Assuming moves means abilities, by dashing to enemy she both consumes moonlight and places new one. Under WotM it resets its cooldown for 10-30 seconds.

That literally means she would have near infinite dashes so long as she has Mana. And since people would definitely go Seraph for that reason alone, she would be stickier than now and than old Akali.
