Had some ideas in my mind for quite a while so i decided to write them down here.

Role: Jungler/Assassin.

Passive: Rocco the Raccoon Rocco is Russell beloved companion, every (x) seconds Rocco will show a menu with the following options. Scout the selected area for enemies. Scout enemy team Blue Golem and steal gold and resources from it. Scout enemy Red Brambleback and steal gold and resources from it.

Every time Rocco is spotted by an enemy he will start to run away if he gets hit he will lose the gold to the enemy and the resources will be lost.

Q: Hextech Soul Devourer. Russell next attack will steal (x)% of the enemy health (Max (x) against monsters) slowing and dealing (Number of resources collected) extra damage.

Passive: Collector.

Every time Russell kills a monster it will drop a resource from it, you can use these resources to upgrade your abilities.

W: Sudden Attack. Russell dashes forward slicing the enemies in the way. 2 charges.

Passive: One with the Crowd.

After walking nearby an ally champion for (x) seconds will grant camouflage. Walking far from an ally or using an ability will remove the camouflage.

E: Hextech M94 Custom. (Hextech M94 Biotic Terror, Hextech M94 Ruthless Predator, Hextech M94 Swift Death and Hextech M94 Heavy Artillery). A revolver that comes with (5) shots and deal Russel base attack damage with (2) seconds delay between shots and takes (x) seconds to reload. Can be customized for extra effects.

R: Gas Bomb. Russell throws a bomb that lasts for (8) seconds releasing a gas that expands every (1,5) seconds 3 times, slows and reduce the sight ratio of the enemies inside it. Hextech Soul Devourer and Sudden Attack have a reduced cooldown inside the affected area.

List of resources:

Baron/Rift Herald: Void Essence (+20 damage to Q).

Dragons: Dragon Blood (+10 damage to Q).

Blue Golem: Blue Essence (+5 damage to Q).

Red Brambleback: Red Essence (+5 damage to Q).

Gromp: Poisonous Substance. (E inflicts poison dealing (x) over 5 sec stacking with every consecutive shot (Max 2 times against champions). Deal 200% more damage to monsters. 1 sec cooldown between shots).

Wolfs: Razor Fang. (E is reduced to 3 shots the first 2 deal extra (x)% damage based on the enemy max health and the last deal extra (x)% damage based on the missing health. The First 2 shots have a 0,5 sec cooldown between them and 2 sec between the second and the last one).

Raptors: Sharp Beak. (After channeling for 2 seconds will rapid fire 6 shots at one direction each shot dealing (base damage) - (x)%).

Krugs: Heavy Stone. (E is reduced to 2 shots and now stuns the enemy for 1,5 sec. 5 Seconds cooldown between them).

What you guys think ?

Edit: Changed the name of the W from Shadow Dance to Sudden Attack. (Akali already have a ability called shadow dance :D)

Okay, I'll quickly go over what I think of the champion.

The Passive is basically an activated ability disguised as a passive. The only other champion that has a passive with any sort of menu is Kindred, whose passive has another, quite important part of her kit in it. Get a COMPLETELY new passive. This simply doesn't work. Nothing is salvagable.

The Q shouldn't heal for the full % of the enemy's health. Even champions like Vladimir and Fiddlesticks don't heal for the same amount they deal. This is more for balance reasons and isn't really a big problem to the kit overall. Its active version is fine for an ability. The passive however... It's sketchy at best. First of all, it affects the E the most, so why it's not a passive effect on the E, I don't know. Secondly, the Q shouldn't get more damage from taking objectives, as that's just extra damage if you are winning, which isn't fair as that means the spell would have to be designed with lower base damage and would therefore be worse for a losing Russel.

The W active isn't really problematic, dependant on the length of the charge. If it's not much longer than a flash, it's not a problem, but if it's too long, it's too reliable of an escape. The Passive is... Weird. I can see why you'd want it to be a thing, but I think it'd be used too little in solo-queue due to requiring the ally to be out of sight as well, meaning it can't be used for ganks proper. He'd need to be balanced around the ability to become camoflaged, but if it's a thing that's never used, I just think he'll be weaker. If you really want him to have a stealth, you need another way to activate it.

The E is super confusing. I don't even know how to review it, for there seems to be no real effect. I get that the Q passive changes it, but I don't understand how it works. Would need a rewrite, but the ability might work, I don't know, I don't understand it.

The R seems more like a basic ability. It's a combination of Kindred's Wolf and Graves' Canister that grows over time. I think it could be cool and all, but it doesn't really seem strong enough to be an ultimate, no matter how big it gets.

Last thing is the resources. The idea of a sort of ammo-system is kind of fine, as long as you go into the jungle to change the way the E works, not go in and pick up actual ammo. I just think the execution might be a little weird, but that's probably just from me not understanding the E.

Full review: You need to work a bit on your english or get a friend who's better at english to just go through this once or twice. Would help with the understanding. I think the character seems too much like a split character. His Q and E seem really long-range from what I can understand, but the W and R place him kind of as a melee chamption. His theme should be more uniform, for as he is currently, he could be split into one mediocre character and one interesting one. Personally, I'd say build up on the Q and E, make him ranged and build a new kit from that. The R is disinteresting and the W doesn't really fit with the Hextech things you've got going.

Hope this helps for the future :3
